Sure Tom, I also think that these skills can be developed if one works consciously on them. But I also believe that these qualities can be intrinsic to certain people’s personalities and come naturally to them.I personally have seen the benefits people like those have. If we see the benefits of such qualities, others will be inspired to imbibe them in their work too.
